Fixed Price Diagnostics
Where the problem is impossible to diagnose without further investigation, I offer a fixed price diagnostic service at £30, including making a diagnosis at your home or office, or pick-up and return of your computer if I need to diagnose the problem at my office. This is for the Basildon area, but call me if you’re outside this area and we can discuss a fair price.
Fixed price services
Some jobs take a long time to do but only require my attention for short periods. For these jobs, rather than you paying by the hour, I’ll offer a fixed price service if I can do the work at my office or by remote support. The fixed price includes pick-up and drop-off to your home or office if required. These services include:
- System reinstalls
- Tune-ups and computer servicing
